Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the information cutz holds about you at any time.

How to ask

Email privacy@cutz.si with the subject “Delete my data”, and include the WhatsApp phone number you use with cutz. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request from that WhatsApp number.

What we delete

Your messages and voice notes with cutz, and their transcripts.
The videos, images and other files you sent or uploaded.
The edits we made for you.
Your saved preferences and your app.cutz.si account.

What we may keep

We may keep some information where we need it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or enforce our Terms. Copies in our backups are removed as the backups expire. Information that has been made anonymous, so it no longer identifies you, is not affected.

Other choices

To stop receiving messages without deleting your data, reply “STOP” to cutz on WhatsApp.
To opt out of your content being used to improve cutz, email privacy@cutz.si.
